Description
LL-37 is a 37-residue cationic amphipathic peptide derived from the C-terminal domain of human cathelicidin hCAP18, used in RUO models to study innate immune signaling, host–pathogen membrane interactions, TLR modulation, and immunomodulatory pathway dynamics. Typical assays include antimicrobial membrane disruption profiling, TLR2/TLR4 inhibition studies, FPRL1/FPR2 receptor engagement, and angiogenic/wound-response pathway mapping. Not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
- TLR2/TLR4 ligand neutralization and innate immune modulation assays
- Membrane-active antimicrobial mechanism and pore-formation modeling
- FPRL1/FPR2 receptor engagement and downstream signaling profiling
