Description

PNC-27 is a synthetic peptide derived from the p53 tumor suppressor protein’s MDM-2 (HDM-2) binding domain, fused with a membrane-penetrating leader sequence. PNC-27 has been investigated in cancer biology research for its proposed interactions with membrane-associated HDM-2 in tumor cell models.
