Description

IGF-1 LR3 (Long Arg3 Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1) is a synthetic analog of human IGF-1, modified to enhance stability and bioavailability in experimental models. The substitution of an arginine at position 3 and an extended amino acid chain delays binding to IGF-binding proteins (IGFBPs), allowing for prolonged activity compared to native IGF-1. IGF-1 LR3 is widely used in in vitro research to explore cell proliferation, differentiation, and protein synthesis pathways, as well as its influence on muscle cell cultures, neuronal growth, and tissue regeneration models.
